DAYTIME TRAINING PROGRAM

Supplemental Ballet Training for Serious Advanced Pre-Professional Students

  • Student accepted into the Daytime Training Program are perfoming members of the Youth Company, and already training in the BCB School Level D. This program adds an additional 10+ hours of semi-private coaching and rehearsals each week. Students in this track bring their total training hours to over 25 hours per week. These dancers work with nationally renowned choreographers, getting to perform a wide range of works from the Romantic, Classical, Neo-Classical, Modern, and Contemporary genres. The season includes approximately 6-8 performances across 5 productions, including Fall and Spring Showcase, Nutcracker Festival, community events such as SPA Prelude Performances and Project Dance Houston, as well as competitive events like ADC-IBC and YAGP.

  • Only 10 students accepted (minimum age 14)

  • Mondays through Saturdays 

  • Floor Barre, Ballet Technique, Contemporary, Modern, Pointe, Men's Technique, Variations/Coaching

  • Faculty includes: Alex Pandiscio, Nao Kusuzaki, Dawn Scannell, Lindsay Cortner, Randall Flinn, Robbie Moore, plus international guest teachers
